1.Do you offer medical service?
No. We are not a medical provider and we do not practice medicine, chiropractic, or physical therapy. We are an independently owned wellness studio with licensed massage professionals.
5.What size space are you looking for?
Our ideal footprint is 1,800–2,400 sq ft, typically a single-story inline space with a 20–30 ft storefront and existing restroom rough-ins if possible.
2.Are you a medical clinic or franchise?
Our standard operating hours are 10 AM to 8 PM, seven days a week. We can adapt to specific shopping center needs or requirements.
6.How quickly can you open?
Once a lease is signed, we aim for a 90–120 day timeline from plans to soft opening, depending on permitting and inspections. We fund the buildout ourselves for a fast, low-friction start.
3.Do you offer hair, nail, or barber services?
No. We intentionally do not provide hair, nail, or barber services. That means we don’t compete with beauty, salon, or barbershop tenants in the center.
7.Who pays for the buildout, and how disruptive is it?
We are a self-funded, low-friction tenant. We can accept spaces as-is and fund most interior buildout ourselves, using a licensed/insured GC. Work is done during approved hours and kept clean and quiet.
4.Do How loud are your operations?
We operate a calm, quiet environment. Sessions are one-on-one in sound-managed rooms, with soft background music only. There are no group classes, no amplified outdoor speakers, and no loud events—just a peaceful massage and wellness space.
8.Will there be strong smells or smoke?
No. We have a neutral scent, no-smoke/no-vape policy. We do not produce cooking odors or chemical fumes.
